CBRM Budget Talks Underway

Debate on the CBRM budget has begun.

Cape Breton Regional Councillors held their first meeting to formally discuss the fiscal plan and a several million dollar budget shortfall, yesterday afternoon.

Budget talks are scheduled to resume this morning and continue tomorrow, if necessary.
