Liquor Licence Approved For Ben Eoin Marina
The Ben Eoin Marina has been given a club liquor licence with conditions. Last year, after the new Marina hosted its first ever event, its liquor licence was revoked for violations of the Liquor Control Act. A hearing was held into the application last October and the Nova Scotia Utility and Revue Board announced its decision today. Now, under the new licence, the Marina will be able to serve alcohol daily between 10 am and 2 am. Its outdoor patio though will have to close at midnight, and the same rule will apply to any live or amplified entertainment on the patio.
