86 New COVID Cases Reported

The province is reporting 86 new cases of COVID-19 from over the weekend.

One of the new cases is in the Eastern Zone that includes Cape Breton.

There are 67 new cases in the Central Zone, 13 in the Western Zone and five in the Northern Zone.

The province is also reporting 94 recoveries today.

There’s now a total of 231 confirmed active cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia, including six in the Cape Breton County Community Health Network.

16 people in the province are now in hospital with the virus, including four people in intensive care.
