70 New Cases Of COVID-19, Today

The province is reporting 70 new cases of COVID-19 today.

59 of the cases are in the Central Zone, nine are in the Eastern Zone that includes Cape Breton and two are in the Northern Zone.

There’s now a total of 548 confirmed active cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia, including 41 in the Cape Breton County Community Health Network and five in the Inverness, Victoria and Richmond Community Health Network.

14 people in the province are now in hospital with the virus, including four in intensive care.
