45 New COVID Cases Reported

The province is reporting 45 new cases of COVID-19 since the last report on Friday.

There are 38 new cases in the Central Zone, with six in the Northern Zone and one in the Eastern Zone.

With 92 recoveries reported today, there’s now a total of 153 confirmed active cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia.

None of those cases are in the Regional Municipality.

11 people in the province are in hospital with the virus, including four people in intensive care.

Premier Tim Houston and Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Robert Strang will be giving another COVID-19 update at 3:00 tomorrow afternoon.
