31 New COVID Cases Reported

The province is reporting 31 new cases of COVID-19 and five recoveries today, bringing the total number of active cases to 171.

Three of the new cases are in the Eastern Zone that includes Cape Breton.

17 are in the Central Zone, eight are in the Western Zone and three are in the Northern Zone.

Ten people are in hospital with COVID, including one in intensive care.

There are now five active cases in the Regional Municipality.
