Police Investigating Three Attempted Break-Ins

Regional Police are looking for the public’s help finding the person behind three attempted break-ins early this morning.

Police say they got an alarm call to Georges Country Convenience in Georges River shortly after 6 this morning, and that was followed by alarms at Noelle’s Country Market and Cabot Power Sports on Keltic Drive.

Security footage shows someone removing a power meter and smashing windows at George’s and Noelle’s, but they left without stealing anything when the alarm went off.

At Cabot, a fence was broken and someone went in and looked around before leaving empty-handed.

Police say the person involved was wearing dark clothing covering their face and they were driving a burgundy or red SUV thought to be a Chevrolet Tracker.

Anyone with information on the break-ins is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
