Inclusive Education Final Report Will Be Released, Today

The Commission on Inclusive Education will release its final report in Halifax later this morning.

The province put together the three-member independent commission in March of last year.

In June of last year, it released an interim report that said inclusive education is largely failing both special needs students and their peers.

The interim report also made 15 recommendations to overhaul inclusive education, including developing a new provincial policy.

The final report is due to be released at 11:30 this morning.
