Gas Drops By 9.7 Cents, Overnight

The price of gas took a big drop overnight after the Utility and Review Board used the interrupter clause to adjust prices early for the second week in a row.

Gas fell by 9.7 cents a litre and now goes for a minimum of 81.4 cents in Cape Breton.

The price of diesel remains unchanged this morning at a minimum of 92.4 cents a litre on the Island.
