Teen Charged After Graffiti Incident
A 17-year-old Sydney boy appeared in Sydney Court yesterday after Regional Police say he spray painted the front of Whitney Pier Memorial Junior High.
Police say officers were on patrol in Whitney Pier yesterday morning when they noticed the teen, who they say quickly ran away before being chased and arrested a short time later.
They add officers also found cans of spray paint, and determined the teen was responsible for graffiti at the school, and for two recent similar incidents at the school.
The boy has been charged with three counts of Mischief, as well as Resisting Arrest and Wearing a Disguise.
