A Grand Mira North man released on $75,000 bail while awaiting an appeal of his conviction has been charged with breaching his release conditions.
55-year-old Roderick Joseph Domoslai is said to have been in Coxheath earlier this month which is against his conditions.
He was sentenced in March to two years in federal jail and two years of probation after being found guilty of counselling to commit arson and counselling to commit perjury.
But he was released on at the end of March on conditions as he appealed the conviction.
During the trial, Domoslai denied hiring Crown witness Erin Maxwell to arrange for the killing of Dawn MacNeil.
He also testified he hates his ex-wife, but not enough to have her killed.
Domoslai is scheduled to enter a plea on November 23.
